Welcome to the Milford Highlands Property Owners Association website!

As a newly formed Board of Directors, we are excited to serve our community and begin this next chapter together. One of our first priorities has been to review the Association’s existing operations, records, finances, governing documents, infrastructure needs, and communication processes so we can better understand where we are today and where we need to go next.

As part of that effort, we are also reviving and updating our community website to make it a useful and reliable resource for Milford Highlands homeowners.

Our new Board members bring different experiences and perspectives, but we share a common goal: to make Milford Highlands an even better place to live.

Over the coming months, we will continue reviewing existing processes while working on improvements in areas such as:

• Community roads and infrastructure
• Safety and security
• Financial oversight and long-term planning
• Homeowner communication and transparency
• Community appearance and maintenance
• Association records and governing processes
• Website and digital communication
• Future community improvements

Some improvements are already underway, and others will take time, planning, and input from our homeowners.

One of our priorities is improving communication between the Board and homeowners.

This website will gradually become a central place where residents can find community announcements, Board meeting updates, approved meeting minutes, ongoing and completed projects, important documents, and other useful HOA information.

Some information on the website is available only to Milford Highlands property owners through our secure homeowner section.

To obtain your login details and access secure homeowner content, please contact the Board via email “milfordhighlands@gmail.com” or “boardofdirectors@milfordhighlandspoa.com” and request the password for the “MHPOA Contact Information Form.”

After submitting your current contact and property information, the Board will use the information to verify your homeowner record and provide the appropriate website access details.

This process helps us keep homeowner-only information secure while also ensuring that our community contact records remain accurate and up to date.

We are still organizing and updating the website, so please expect additional information and features to be added over time.
